In this class, you will be introduced to the concept of a quilted "floor canvas". That's right...we are going to create outside the quilt fabric box and create a raw edge appliques quilt suitable for under foot!
Everyone needs some whimsy and these rugged and washable quilts for the floor fit the bill.
Whether you're a seasoned quilting veteran or a sewing newbie, a floor canvas is a terrific smaller scale project to hone your basic sewing skills when working with heavier canvas fabrics.
The ease and flexibility of a floor canvas will have you creating these "quilts for the floor" for the kitchen, bath, hallway, entry, mud room and more.
Choose between two layouts, a runner 22" X 85" or a mat 33" X 51".
